How we are paid
We charge consulting fees under a written agreement with our client. Some engagements also include a success fee, payable when an introduction leads to a signed commercial agreement between the parties.
Our role
We introduce the parties and coordinate their discussions. Each party negotiates and signs its own agreements directly and takes its own legal, tax and financial advice. We do not handle payments or hold money for anyone, and we do not deal in or advise on securities or investments. Full details are in our Terms.
