About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by UNITRADE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (“Unitrade”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By using this website, you accept these terms.
Information only
This website gives general information about Unitrade Solutions Limited, a business development consultancy. It is not an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, investment or financial product. Unitrade does not carry on any business regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission or the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
Scope of our services
Unitrade provides business development consulting and commercial introductions. We help companies find suitable commercial partners, introduce them, and coordinate communication while they explore working together. The parties negotiate and agree terms directly with each other, with their own advisers.
We do not:
- receive, hold or transfer money on behalf of clients or anyone else;
- provide payment, escrow, banking, custody or money transmission services;
- provide investment, legal, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice;
- execute securities transactions or trades;
- take custody of assets;
- act as agent for, or otherwise bind, any client or other party;
- guarantee that an introduction will lead to an agreement, or that any agreement will be completed.
Engagements
Using this website or emailing us does not create a client relationship with Unitrade. We act for a client only under a written agreement signed by Unitrade and that client, which sets out the services and the fees.
No advice
Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Please get your own independent advice before making any decision.
Accuracy and liability
The information on this website is provided “as is” and may change without notice. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, Unitrade is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website.
Intellectual property

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
